Close to St. Peters cathedral and
convenient bus/train connection to city center, quiet quarter (at least for
Rome). friendly and helpful family

Friendly hosts who gave friendly insights into the local sights and handy
hints to save time and money. Our hosts also provided useful information for
navigating the city. SBefore we left our hosts made us home made cappacino
which was the best of our stay in Rome. When registering the image of the
view of St. Peters Basillica did not do the view that you get justice. Thank
you Fabrizio and Francesca for making our stay memorable. Damian and

the view from the balcony of the vatican was beautiful the bed and breakfast
accommodation was very homley . twin beds in the bedroom.

Casa Franci is perfect for those who are looking for a quiet B&B. Francesca
and her husband Fabrizio have a fabulous apartment with a terrace that has
an amazing view of St. Peter's. The bed and pillows are to die for! The
bathroom is great - very clean. And Francesca provides a more than
sufficient breakfast in the morning. She also has a computer and offers
email access, information on Rome and a city map for you to use while you're
there. Her English is also perfect so she's an excellent source of
information. We ended up staying with her twice and are looking forward to
keeping in touch with her and her family. Can't recommend it enough!

we enjoy it there! it has been great to have breakfast on balcony whenever
you want, with a great few of the cathedral st. peter. it is very personal,
you live in the flat from a very lovely family, but the nice room with
private bath is seperated. you can reach everything by foot,all in all its a
quite area of this wonderful city, and in spite of close to the vatikan not
so expensive. it is really recommendable!!!
